Job Title: 1st Shift Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting, lead qualification, and account management to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach to potential customers and follow-up on leads.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing product information, pricing, and resolving any inquiries or issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other internal departments to coordinate sales efforts, ensure timely order fulfillment, and provide excellent customer service.
- Utilize solid Excel skills to analyze sales data, generate reports, and track key performance indicators.
- Participate in trade shows and specific meetings, representing the company and promoting our products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate sales records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build strong relationships.
- Solid proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, report generation, and tracking sales performance.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to successfully secure new business and meet sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Professional demeanor and presentation skills for trade shows and customer meetings.
- Minimal travel required, limited to specific meetings or trade shows.
