The Nestle Coffee Partners Solutions Lab (NCPSL) – the foodservice side of NCP- is looking to welcome a Brand Manager with experience in brand management, marketing communications, and a track-record of success growing business and improving returns via innovative marketing strategies and solutions. This role is accountable for knowing NCPSL’s B2B customer and end-consumer deeply to create engaging, new marketing campaigns and programs. This role focuses on marketing strategy and communications, working closely with the Category Management Team, Marketing Operations & Training, Commercial Development, National Account Executives, Field Sales, and Finance, to deliver profitable, high growth marketing campaigns and promotions.


Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:


Business Management:


  • Develops communication strategy and marketing plans - influenced by analysis - to deliver seasonal promotions, new product and program launches, and innovative marketing initiatives for core offerings across traditional and digital marketing outreach methods ensuring campaigns meet or exceed all KPIs
  • Owns and responsible for sizeable portion of Integrated Marketing budget
  • Responsible for creation of portfolio assessment & content strategy to amplify all GTM initiatives across all brands, products, and programs in B2B and B2C channels
  • Applies consumer insights and market research to gain understanding of the B2B customer, end consumer, competitive environment and channel needs to develop go-to-market strategies. Briefs in consumer/customer insights and analyzes consumer/customer research to determine new marketing and product opportunities.
  • Assists in the development of annual operating plans. Makes recommendations regarding marketing objectives and strategies, brand positioning, promotions and supporting outreach initiatives.
  • Responsible for building digital capability of Integrated Marketing Team


Marketing & Promotions:


  • Coaches and mentors’ teams to enhance marketing and brand knowledge
  • Flawlessly implements and executes marketing strategies to support business objectives
  • Manages program initiatives with creative agencies to execute marketing initiatives from go-to-market strategy & creative brief development through concept evaluation to delivery of the final execution
  • Leads cross-functional and/or cross-channel teams to develop integrated launch programs or marketing promotions
  • Identifies and quantifies specific drivers in support of marketing calendar strategies
  • Builds strong relationships within a matrix structure to ensure marketing message consistency and adherence to brand guardrails



Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 or more years of US military experience; MBA preferred
  • 4 or more years of experience in a role leading the development of new marketing strategies and strategies from concept to launch
  • Strong knowledge of marketing vehicles and fundamentals
  • Strong analytical skills, comfort with data and an insights-to-action mentality
  • 4 or more years of experience in marketing, brand management, or product management


The approximate pay range for this position is $140,000 to $155,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
