Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager
Client Location: SEA; Hybrid or Remote
Duration: 4+ high possibility of extending
We are seeking a talented Brand Marketing Manager to join our clients Seller Success Programs Brand Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing content campaigns for their emerging brands across Consumables, Hardlines, and Softlines categories. Your primary focus will be on developing engaging content featuring their brand products to drive traffic through various marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a data-driven individual who can leverage their creative skills to build compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with their customers. You should be experienced in testing, scaling efforts, and utilizing data to inform future business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the results of campaign tests, communicate key learnings to stakeholders, and utilize data to drive future testing and optimization.
- Drive operational efforts by curating product assortments, analyzing reporting data, and utilizing existing tools to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to improve self-service merchandising solutions within Seller Central.
- Develop an end-to-end content campaign strategy, including curation, design, and execution, while driving innovation within existing processes.
- Manage shared goals with partner teams to ensure successful campaign creation and execution at scale.

- A tenacious self-starter who advocates for customers and the business.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and ambiguous situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage diverse responsibilities.
- Exceptional marketing, merchandising, and project management skills. Graphic design skills are a bonus.
- Capable of succeeding both as an individual contributor and in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CID audits to support automation.
- ASIN curation for nodes/automated themes.
- Content creation, including A+ content development.
- Ownership of end-to-end campaign creation and execution.
- Conduct marketing readiness audits.
- Execution of marketing placements for brand launches.
- Ensure event readiness, particularly during holiday seasons.
Additional Skills and Experience:
- Experience in auditing to ensure campaign readiness.
- Familiarity with lead generation strategies is a plus.
- Proficiency in graphic design for content creation (desirable).
- Strong execution skills for supporting marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of operational processes and their implementation.
