Position: Manager - Brand Marketing
Location: Remote (Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, Nashville, New York)

As a Manager - Brand Marketing, you will play a vital role in overseeing the marketing activities of our ready-to-drink spirits (RTD) brands. With a focus on assigned brand(s), you will mentor and coach team members to execute marketing strategies aligned with our profit objectives and brand vision. Embracing an Agile marketing approach, you will lead planning processes and contribute to the development and execution of brand-level strategies.
Responsibilities
Lead assigned brand(s) to achieve annual business objectives by leveraging business drivers, consumer insights, and market trends.
Execute the Go-To-Market strategy for the brand, including test market recommendations, expansion plans, and distribution network management.
Develop and maintain brand strategies, ensuring growth and profitability targets are met while continuously striving for category leadership.
Own the Business Review and brand planning process.
Oversee the development and implementation of creative and communication strategies, including campaign ideas, media planning, and PR activities.
Manage brand consumer platforms and drive experiential initiatives that resonate with our target audience.
Foster strong relationships with external agencies and partners to align with brand goals and enhance brand presence.
Take ownership of the assigned brand's A&P budget, collaborating with Finance to ensure accuracy and balance expenditures for optimal results.
Drive the long-term innovation strategy and oversee the successful execution of new product introductions.
Collaborate with sales, commerce, and regional marketing teams to create and implement localized brand strategies.
Requirements
Master's degree with 6 years of marketing, media, or communications experience (2 years in Beer or Spirits industry) OR
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of marketing, media, or communications experience (3 years in Beer or Spirits industry) OR
Bachelor's degree with 6 years of Gallo Spirits marketing experience OR
Master's degree with 4 years of Gallo Spirits marketing experience OR
High School Diploma with 12 years of Beer or Spirits communications, marketing, or media experience
Experience in the Beer & Spirits industry
Effective presentation skills to top management, public groups, and boards of directors
Experience managing multiple agency partners across various disciplines (creative, media, PR, experiential)
Strong Problem-solving Abilities And Data-driven Decision-making Skills
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to conduct in-market activities
What Sets You Apart
MBA degree with 9 years of marketing, media, or communications experience
Multi-cultural marketing experience, particularly targeting the Hispanic consumer
Experiential marketing and event management expertise
Beer industry experience
Experience managing large media budgets
Agile marketing experience
Previous supervisory/managerial experience
Brand marketing experience
Training and development skills for junior brand marketers
Business operations management and financial acumen
Compensation
Hiring Salary Range: $127,500 - $191,300 per year
