  • You will work closely with stakeholders to build creative and innovative solutions that improve the customer and team member experience
  • The Manager, Customer Experience Airport Innovation leadership role is part of the Customer Experience Travel Innovation team within the Customer Experience organization
  • This team leads product efforts for digital ID, biometric boarding, team member turn communication, wayfinding, and lounge technology
  • This leader directs work with IT partners to develop customer and team member technology with the goal of enhancing the airport customer experience and improving operational performance
What You'll Do
  • Act as a product ambassador with stakeholders and leadership, serving as the primary contact for queries related to the product
  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, then successfully execute on it
  • Assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize backlog items to ensure work focuses on the value-driven product strategy
  • Actively analyze customer and frontline interactions to identify pain points and opportunities
  • Own and prioritize the product roadmap while effectively collaborating with key stakeholders
  • Inspire and motivate development teams to deliver innovative solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
  • Identify and remove barriers that impede team progress
  • Work with IT to define requirements and resolve issues using Agile methodologies while ensuring business objectives are being achieved
  • Help establish, track and report on product Objectives and Key Results
  • Monitor industry and competitive technology developments
  • Partner with external vendors to ensure 3rd party development meets business requirements
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Technology, or other related fields
  • 5+ years of professional experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
  • 2+ years of people leadership with direct reports
  • 3+ years of experience with delivery transformation
  • 5+ years of airline experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
  • Strong organization, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated history of building strong team cultures with diverse skill sets
  • Travel: 10%
  • Ability to communicate precisely and clearly, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to self-manage and take decisive action when necessary
  • Capable of tracking multiple projects while managing customer and team member expectations
  • Deep understanding of the airline industry, with an emphasis on airport operations and customer experience
  • Track record of coming up with creative solutions to challenges
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
