Location: Denison, TX


Salary: Depends on Experience


Description


Large food manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Manager.


Responsibilities


  • Strive to continually find ways to improve plant maintenance
  • Ensure PM and maintenance schedules are followed
  • Manage and mentor maintenance supervisors and technicians
  • Oversee 8 maintenance supervisors and 75 techs
  • Manage entire plant maintenance program


Qualifications


  • Must have experience with large maintenance departments
  • Minimum BS in engineering discipline, prefer MS
  • Experience driving change and improvement
  • Frozen food/USDA background preferred, but will consider other manufacturing
  • 10+ years progressive maintenance manager experience
