Requirements
Hold a valid NMLS state license, underscoring your commitment to regulatory compliance.
Boast over 1 year of successful experience in external retail mortgage origination, emphasizing self-sourced business development.
Demonstrate a proven track record in sales, meeting and surpassing production benchmarks set for branch operations.
Display comprehensive familiarity with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines, coupled with a profound understanding of the intricacies of real estate transactions.
