How Will You Make a Difference?

• Assist with administrative overflow as requested.
• Provide administrative support to legal staff, litigation Case Managers and Paralegals as assigned. Assignments may change due to the needs of the firm.
• Perform document downloading, document assembly, and other related tasks as assigned.
• Prepare and process expense reports, requests for reimbursement, and check requests.
• Prepare standard correspondence, memoranda, and other documents.
• Make travel arrangements for legal staff, litigation Case Managers and Paralegals.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

• Skills and knowledge of administrative support as normally acquired through technical training or the equivalent experience.
• Ability to change and adapt to current and future responsibilities and circumstances.
• At least 1-3 years administrative support experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Ability to proofread documents for grammatical, typographical, or spelling errors and perform minor editing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ability to interface with other firm technology platforms.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
