Compensation: 90,000 – 110,000 + bonus

Job Overview

As a Junior Paralegal you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with the company’s Assistant General Counsel and play a vital role in managing vendor agreements. This is an entry-level position that presents an exceptional opportunity to join a prestigious global investment management firm at an early stage.

Responsibilities

The Junior Paralegal will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assisting in organizing and executing vendor agreements using contract management tools
• Maintaining contract term library and tracker
• Collaborating with internal departments to manage the vendor contract review process
• Drafting and updating policies, procedures, and vendor guidelines
• Assisting in updating various templates, including data license agreements, NDAs, software and technology agreements, research agreements, and consulting agreements
• Reviewing and drafting vendor agreements under attorney supervision.
• Coordinating internal meetings and conference calls with vendors and outside counsel
• Supporting general administrative tasks and correspondence related to vendor agreements

Qualifications

• Familiarity with legal documentation and processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in using contract management tools and technology
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
