Lifecycle Marketing Manager (B2B) (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days per week onsite in Irvine, CA)

Do you have hands-on experience with omni-channel automation systems such as Intercom and Braze, as well as familiarity with the Salesforce CRM and marketing stacks integrated via the Segment CDP? We’re looking for you!
As the B2B Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns that maximize B2B customer engagement, retention, and revenue. You will drive campaign performance optimizations, message personalization, and continuous experimentation.

As the B2B Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns that maximize B2B customer engagement, retention, and revenue. You will drive campaign performance optimizations, message personalization, and continuous experimentation.
The Impact You'll Make
- Harness chatbot, email, in-app, push notification, and SMS channels to maximize customer engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Conduct ongoing A/B tests, analyze results, and adjust strategies to improve campaign performance and effectiveness.
- Develop and execute highly targeted lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive significant impact and deliver measurable results that help cannabis retailers and brands optimize their presence and performance in the Weedmaps marketplace
- Collaborate with the data analytics team to measure campaign performance and drive continuous experimentation and personalization.
- Lead the adoption of key B2B marketplace administration features including SKU data integrations, order workflow automations, advertising placements and discounting offers, leveraging your technical expertise.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data insights to identify areas for optimization and develop data-driven strategies.
- Design and execute omni channel campaigns with touch points across the entire customer lifecycle
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to configure and maintain lifecycle marketing tools integrated via the Segment CDP and Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Create and implement sophisticated customer segmentation strategies and personalized messaging tactics to increase engagement, reduce churn, and drive customer lifetime value
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies in marketing automation, personalization, and experimentation, bringing new ideas and best practices to the team
- Bachelor's degree in or equivalent education and experience required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze experiments, draw insights, and use data to inform marketing strategy
- 8+ years professional experience, preferably in B2B software-related services, with at least 4 years in a B2B SaaS or Marketplace marketing role, preferably in a lifecycle or demand generation capacity
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Accomplishments in campaign performance optimization, personalization, and continuous experimentation
- Exposure to the Segment CDP and Salesforce CRM helpful
- Track-record of applying continuous experimentation and data enabled personalization to optimize performance
- Hands-on expertise with real-time engagement systems such as Intercom, Drift
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on familiarity with campaign automation systems such as Braze, Iterable, and Customer.io
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
