TITLE: Helpdesk/Services Manager

LOCATION: Hybrid, Portland, OR

PAY: Target pay for this role is between $80-105k DOE

ENGAGEMENT TYPE: Direct Hire

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The Service Delivery Manager connects our client to their clients and manages the delivery of IT support. They consider feedback from the customer and the customer experience, and determines the best approach to deliver excellent service. They keep the support team (15 people) on task and focused on the most important priorities.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with a ticketing system (Salesforce Service Cloud a huge plus)
• Proven track record in customer service, IT helpdesk and employee Management
• College degree and 3-5 years’ experience
• Ability to lead by example
• Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Adobe, PDFs, Printers & PC support
