Scope
Provides supervision, safety, and technical support to the field technicians. Responsible for the training of technicians on all aspects of their job; including scheduling, installation, and completion of the Account Managers’ projects and services. Ensures quality workmanship and profitability of the team, and guarantees tasks are being carried out in the highest quality and most effective manner possible.
Responsibilities

• Accounting and Administration
• Supervise performance of appointed mechanical service field staff.
• Review work order sales by invoice detail
• Conduct Field staff performance appraisals
• Assist in the collection of delinquent accounts; resolve customer complaints; render corrective action within the realm of authority with the support of the AR team.
• Operations/Procurement
• Technical knowledge of HVAC is a must.
• Review financial statements regularly. Monitor job cost, budget, and overhead. Report on differences between forecast and actual results.

Employees in this position must be able to perform the essential functions of this job without imposing significant risk of substantial harm to the health or safety of themselves or others. Ability to drive, move in and out of vehicles, climb ladders, traverse steps, and move throughout a facility.
