We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Office Assistant to come grow with our team in Boston MA! This full-time position is ideal for someone with 2+ years of relevant legal office experience looking for a stable place to work, learn, and develop. We are a cross functional team looking for someone eager to make a lasting contribution!

Schedule: Typically Monday - Friday, 8:30AM-5PM


What you will be doing:


  • Welcome guests, receive and catalog guest information, orient new clients, and provide answers to inquiries.
  • Perform administrative duties on an ad hoc basis.
  • Ensure reception area is kept neat, professional, and clean.
  • May supporting the onsite business centers, which may include: office supply ordering & stocking, copy/print, conference room setup up, pantry inventory, or light facilities, or and mail.
  • Respond to all requests in a courteous, professional manner at all times. Via in person, phone, email, or online communications.

What we need from you:


  • The capability to use/learn technologies used in a legal setting for email communications, Event Management Systems (EMS), document processing, printing, and scheduling such as: handheld scanners, Adobe/Word, email, professional messaging (Teams, Slack, Google). Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc) preferred.
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule for planned and unplanned overtime.
  • An ability to be bright, articulate, with a neat and professional appearance.
  • 2+ year experience in administrative or office services in a legal setting. Experience includes reception, switchboard, maintaining conference rooms & visitor offices, hospitality and pantry support, mail, and litigation copy.
  • An ability to be bright, articulate, and neat in appearance.
  • A positive and professional appearance and attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond with an ability to switch priorities quickly.
  • Ability to handle physical duties (carrying and/or moving 40lbs) associated with the job - lifting, bending, etc.
  • To be able to work both independently and in a team setting successfully.
