Job Description

Legal Compliance Specialist

Salary: $70-90k/yr + bonus potential

Location: Fort Worth, TX

We are seeking a Legal Compliance Specialist to join our growing team. As the Legal Compliance Specialist, you will be in charge of the legal and compliance functions that interface with the company’s marketing, social media, and digital programs. This position is responsible for supporting the company’s review process, litigation management efforts, cybersecurity/data privacy matters, and more. Qualified candidates will have 7+ years of relevant experience in litigation support, CRM, legal and compliance related technologies, such as Lexis Nexis, and highly developed communication skills. This is an exciting Direct-hire opportunity if you are seeking a company that truly cares about developing and mentoring their staff.


Requirements for the Legal Compliance Specialist:

  • 7+ years of law firm/corporate law department experience in litigation management/support
  • Bachelor degree
  • 7+ years of broker-dealer or investment advisor firm (preferred)
  • Must have FINRA license and exposure within the industry
