How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Red-D-Arc, a company of Airgas, is looking for a Generator Specialist, to work closely with our Sales team, build a Generator customer base in the Houston TX Region.

• Support existing regional sales teams with product and application guidance, as well as training when needed.
• Strong math skills are required; able to read estimates and work with discounts, percentages and dollar figures.
• Records daily and weekly activities in the CRM system.
• Create and execute an annual territory sales plan, account management, cold calling, presentation development and delivery, closing deals, working with operations teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Able to quote prices and credit terms, negotiate deals and prepare appropriate paperwork for orders.
• High mechanical aptitude required; must understand job situations and project conditions to suggest products best suited for customers.
• Provides technical sales assistance and works with the local selling team to increase the business of existing and new accounts.
• Excellent customer satisfaction skills and the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
