Job Description

Our customer, a Human Security Company is looking for a Legal and Compliance Paralegal to work full time remotely for 3 months.

Specifically you will:

  • Have taken ownership of the legal team’s Legal technology portfolio and established relationships with the legal team’s vendors and external counsel.
  • Have developed an understanding of legal and compliance programs and initiatives and identified areas of improvement for managing and driving effectiveness of the programs, as well as supported attorneys in developing and implementing program enhancements.
  • Begin to build effective working relationships with the Legal team members and other key stakeholders.
  • Embrace mission-driven culture of helping make the world a safer place to live, work, learn, and play.
  • Familiarize yourself with legal and compliance policies, procedures, technology solutions, and current projects.
  • Develop an understanding of products and services, including commercial contracting lifecycle and CLM tool.


Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Legal and Compliance.
  • Bachelors degree.
