Job Description

Job Purpose

Supporting all Lima USA in legal and compliance issues, in the creation, implementation, and supervision of the compliance environment according to the applicable regulation. Manage and coordinate all the Compliance daily activities.


Major Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain a written U.S. compliance program in conjunction with Lima HQ program

• Aid Sales Agents in development of Sales Agents Compliance program

• Development of Online training for all Lima U.S. employees and Sales Agents

• Review and approve with Lima Compliance Board U.S. needs analysis

• Manage Lima USA annual compliance needs

• Develop and deliver KOL consultancy contracts

• Work with HQ on development of all project specific contracts

• Develop standard protocol for dealing with HCP’s in U.S. in conjunction with HQ.

• Preform formal and informal audits of employees and agents

• Preform required OIG background checks for all employee, contractors and agents

• Teach Agents to preform OIG background checks on all 1099 and employees

• Respond to alleged violations of the compliance policies and code of ethics

• Manage US Compliance Department budget
