Position Summary...

What you'll do...

***Must work in Bentonville, AR***

The Director Specialty Compliance and Ethics, AML Testing and Monitoring role will conduct and participate in risk-based control testing by using industry expertise to identify risks and mitigating controls in processes, design and conduct testing and assessments of key controls, presenting issues identified to stakeholders, and providing support throughout the review process to the team assigned.

What You'll Do

• Communicate results of the risk-based reviews to stakeholders throughout financial services and Ethics and Compliance leadership, along with providing guidance in how to remediate issues noted
• Use industry expertise to conduct comprehensive assessments by, synthesizing risk information (for example, likelihood, vulnerability, risk impact) to evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of Anti-Money Laundering processes and procedures
• Develop best practices and procedures which help the Testing and Monitoring team deliver value-added reports and information to key leadership
• Develop and execute an annual risk-based calendar to identify and document controls in place within financial services compliance, specific to regulatory risks stemming from Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, as well as other consumer financial protection regulations
• Provide guidance and support to the Lead Reviewers of individual projects which assess and test key controls within processes

What You'll Bring

• Experience working in cross-functional teams within a corporate environment
• Internal audit, external audit, or controls testing and monitoring experience
• Bilingual skills (Spanish)
• Experience leading projects, including providing constructive feedback to associates working on the project
• Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification
• Strong communication skills to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders, specifically helping to guide discussions around issues and corrective action plans

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 5 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 7 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 3 years' supervisory experience. 4 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
