Job Details


  • Provide world-class reception and hospitality services for the local office, assist with office and facilities operations, and provide administrative assistance to timekeepers and functional departments
  • Prepare expense reimbursements, arrange for payment of invoices, and prepare check requests as needed
  • Draft letters and documents, collect and analyze information, prepare requested documents
  • Provide highly flexible service to attorneys and staff with office, document, and client needs
  • Coordinate travel arrangements through the Firm’s travel department as requested
  • Ensure client services and satisfaction are attained in all areas of the position


Education & Experience


  • Minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience in a law firm or professional services firm
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
