Our client, a leading financial software company is hiring a Learning Program Manager to join their team in Tucson, AZ!
**This is a 10-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays**
As a Learning Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategy, road mapping, and prioritization of learning experience requirements for various phases of the expert lifecycle (new hire, ongoing development, upskilling and performance enhancement, and growth).
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and support partners in the delivery of exceptional learning experiences
- Analyze data, both qualitative and quantitative, to identify problems, gaps, and solutions in learning experiences
- Lead multiple work streams and be accountable for project plans, timelines, and final deliverables
- Engage with business partners around what the company learning needs are, articulate with instructional designers, assess the program, and evaluate how the programs are meeting the needs of business
Desired Skills:
- Experience delivering outstanding expert learning experiences to achieve quantifiable business outcomes and drive minimum speed to proficiency.
- Background in Accounting, Finance, or Tax. (Quickbooks)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Education and experience in learning development or adult learning theory.
