What you need to know about the role:

We're looking for a talented, motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for collaboration and program management. As a Technical Program Manager for regulatory content, you will support our legal team in managing the operational workflow and production of legal online agreement content, including implementation, translation, review, maintenance, and archiving.

Meet our team:

The World Ready Global Content Production Engineering team at PayPal is responsible for global content production for all markets. As content is created, managed, governed, and localized, the global content operations team plays an important role in the delivery of content assets through the content pipeline end-to-end. This requires integrating content design processes and tools, product string management and metadata, as well as close integration with product engineering. The work encompasses the production and publishing of decoupled product content, notifications, legal, and localized content. We value close collaboration, open communication, detail-oriented quality assurance, and a passion for achieving engineering and product excellence.

In your day-to-day role, you will:

  • Learn a lot, make an impact, have fun
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise, escalating as required
  • Implement content structure in content management system in English
  • Fulfill audit and/or archive requests
  • Maintain content code on an ongoing basis
  • Monitor for errors in the content workflow
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively among cross-functional teams
  • Oversee translations, reviews, and release of legal online agreements
  • Track requests in the ticketing system (JIRA) with requirements
  • Present your work and articulate your approach to teammates, and stakeholders
  • Manage incoming change requests and partner with project managers, attorneys, and linguists

What do you need to bring?

  • Being at ease managing multiple projects, setting stakeholder expectations, working individually, and collaborating across teams
  • Familiarity with issue ticketing systems (JIRA)
  • Experience supporting web-based applications and/or services
  • Experience with Microsoft Office or similar
  • Experience with version control systems like GitHub
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Ability to handle urgent requests or urgent releases on an as-needed basis
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience creating, modifying, and updating queries in a relational database
  • Some knowledge of coding languages such as JavaScript, NodeJS, or Python
  • Familiarity with technical content management and content management systems

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $72700 to $176000
