About This Role


Wells Fargo is seeking a Learning Administration Operations Manager to join the Learning and Development Operations Team.


In This Role, You Will


  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and escalates and resolves issues
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives and operations of learning administration area and team to meet business objectives
  • Manage allocation of onshore and offshore resources to deliver training
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
  • Ensure escalated inquiries are managed through completion looking for trends and applying improvement techniques
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures for learning and development operations functions with low to moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
  • Provide training, performance, evaluation and coaching of less experienced team
  • Work independently on moderately complex issues and projects
  • Ensure specialized functions meet regulatory guidelines in support of risk management and compliance
  • Manage and develop a learning administration team with focus on process improvement and customer delivery who is responsible for utilizing a learning management system to do assignments, course loads, etc.
  • Lead team to achieve objectives
  • Engage stakeholders and internal partners associated within the learning and development operations area
Required Qualifications:


  • 4+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of learning and development and/or learning and development operations experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:


  • Offshore experience
  • Cornerstone Experience
  • Experience overseeing the administration of learning management systems (LMS) and oversight of learning tools. Preferred LMS is Cornerstone.
  • Experience in a vendor led environment
  • Workday Experience
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Experience in a highly regulated environment with strong focus on operational risk management and controls
  • Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with learning management systems
