Salary - $30/hr to $32/hr ( based on location and experience)

· Manage the executive communications rhythm and approach, including developing and maintaining core content.

· Project manage executive communication initiatives, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and planning content for diverse, global audiences.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ghost-writing for various formats.

· Strong ability to work independently and manage project timelines.

· Knowledge of media production, communication techniques, and dissemination methods.

Experience with a variety of Learning Management and/or Learning Content Management systems and platforms

Supports the Learning Management System, ensuring training activities are documented and filed according to the records retention process

Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create effective learning experiences in support of L&D Curriculum Development

Gather feedback from learners, managers, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments to courseware as required

Coordinate with stakeholders, SMEs, and other team members to gather requirements and ensure timely completion of deliverables

Project manage all facets of the program (logistics, budget, registration, communication, participant roster, etc.)

● Immediately escalate known issues and/or risks to appropriate management.

● Learn and become proficient in team project management tool.

● Familiarity with a project management tool overall, and with Jira and SharePoint specifically, is a plus.

The Business Project Analyst’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

● Oversee internal review process for multiple assigned prescription benefit communications.

● Collaborate with team and business partners to share recommendations and requirements from CRP Panel.

Project Management: Highly organized and proactive with strong planning skills, attention to detail, deadline orientation and follow-through

Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning and Development or project management

Proficient with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and familiarity with learning and content management systems

Gathering feedback on the quality of trainings from trainees, instructors, managers, and/or other stakeholders

Collaborating with Communications Manager to drive effective communications around our learning programs

Interpersonal and Customer-Facing Skills: Capable and confident facilitating large trainings, engaging with non-native English speakers; mindset of customer listening and service

Lead peers informally through project management and communication deliverables

Manage the LMS for course assignment, course tracking, and end-user experience

Excellent interpersonal skills with experience communicating with and influencing individuals at all levels of the organization

Help in facilitating guided discussions as part of the new manager development program

Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

Manage multiple learning program and design vendors, maintaining both new and existing vendor relationships.  

Design inclusive communications to drive learner engagement, increase awareness, and promote learning programs, developmental opportunities, and upskilling resources.  

Eight plus years related experience, preferably in Learning & Development, HR, Communications, or Marketing  

Proficient with learning management systems and intranet platforms.

Partners with key stakeholders to create effective and appropriate learning and communications solutions that drive business results and team member experience.

Manages content for the company intranet and learning platform, ensuring that it is up-to-date, engaging, and informative.

Possesses outstanding oral and written communications skills including superior writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills.

Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high quality results on-time.
