Learning Experience Designer (100% Virtual)

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to join our team and play a pivotal role in creating engaging and visually captivating learning experiences. As an LXD, you will be responsible for bringing completed training scripts to life through dynamic videos using tools like Camtasia or similar software. We prioritize candidates with experience in supporting manufacturing companies and a deep understanding of the unique training needs and preferences of the manufacturing workforce compared to corporate environments. This role is ideal for a mid-level LXD who can maintain cost-efficiency while adhering to our brand standards and colors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Compliance: Ensure training materials align with our brand standards for a consistent visual identity.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices, learning trends, and technological advancements to enhance training offerings.
• Video Creation: Transform training scripts into visually appealing and informative videos using Camtasia or similar software. Enhance content with icons, pre-built characters, and occasional animations.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and stakeholders to seamlessly integrate video content into training programs.
• Learning Strategy Consultation: Advise on learning strategies and deployment, considering nuances in training at manufacturing plants versus traditional LMS implementations.

The pay range for this is $55.00 to $60.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
