Learning Consultant
Remote
Job Summary
The Learning Consultant is responsible for a range of learning activities designed to achieve a thorough understanding of Paycor products, procedure, and culture. He/She will facilitate classes for clients and associates on various software applications, compliance regulations, and processes, and will play a critical role in curriculum design and content creation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work with Paycor leadership and staff to proactively educate associates on various policies, procedures, and other business needs
  • Train new users on Paycor systems and procedures
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations adjustment
  • Instruct live courses and modules in the classroom and via the Internet
  • Contribute to the development of training initiatives; working with various stakeholders to gather requirements, collaborating with the team to produce effective instruction, and participating in projects as needed in order to ensure program readiness by determined deadlines
  • Assess learner skill and knowledge needs, provide feedback and offer suggestions for improvement and support resources
  • Perform assigned responsibilities relating to client training, attendance reporting, evaluations and survey responses.
  • Assist associates in troubleshooting technical issues and answering compliance questions as it relates to training
Requirements
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively on project teams
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet travel demands with short turnaround
  • Working knowledge of on-line meeting tools preferred (GoToMeeting, Webex, etc.)
  • 2-3 years experience in a client service position; prior implementation, project management, or training experience a plus
  • Strong communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of payroll preferred; must demonstrate payroll knowledge upon conclusion of new hire training
  • Ability to prioritize and manage project completion with tight deadlines
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience.

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $54,800-$87,707. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
