This position exists to assess learning and development needs and to design, develop and implement organizational development strategies that contribute to an environment of learning and development to drive organizational growth and retain talent. This position will design learning materials, partner with vendors, facilitate training and assess effectiveness of programs to support continuous employee growth and development.
This is a full time, benefit eligible, hybrid opportunity. The office location is in St. Paul, MN.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this opportunity is $73,736 to $110,593, with a median salary of $92,164/annually. Pay is dependent on several factors including relevant work experience and internal equity. Salary is just one component of the compensation package for employees. Primary Job Responsibilities

Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum five years of experience designing and facilitating training
- Minimum two years’ experience with digital learning and authoring tools, LMS, video creation tools, learning libraries and other learning platforms
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred:
- Experience working with physician leaders
- Experience in talent management practices like coaching and development planning
- Experience developing training in a variety of formats including e-learning, webinars, blended and self-guided study
- Creative and organized with excellent time management skills
- Experience in healthcare
