Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Training and Development Coordinator. As a Training and Development Coordinator, you will play a vital role in designing, coordinating, and delivering effective training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of the employees. Your passion for learning and development, coupled with your exceptional organizational skills, will contribute to our company's success in nurturing a talented workforce.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's learning management system (LMS).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance training content.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring smooth logistics and participant engagement.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and create customized development plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback to continually improve programs.
  • Maintain training records, attendance, and performance metrics for reporting purposes.
  • Facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually, and adapt delivery methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Design engaging training materials, resources, and presentations that align with learning objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Past experience in training and development coordination or a related role.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants.
  • Proficiency in using training software, LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
