What you’ll do:

As a Global Learning & Development Lead at Otter, you will be responsible for contributing to and implementing the global L&D strategy throughout support. This includes building and operationalising onboarding programs, LMS systems, intake processes and long-term development frameworks for support specialists globally. You will work closely with your global team of L&D specialists, the Global Support Lead and other key stakeholders to ensure that training is developed and delivered accurately and efficiently.

• Managing a team of L&D Specialists globally
• Building processes and workflows to manage training globally
• Measuring and reporting on training and L&D performance
• Building and implementing global L&D strategy
• Working with global stakeholders to ensure relevant training is delivered
• Building processes to manage onboarding of new support specialists globally

What we’re looking for:

• Organizational Leadership: Effectively manage and grow high-performing teams
• Project and stakeholder management skills: Excellent track record of collaborating across multiple stakeholders in an org and leading simultaneous projects or programs from design to execution
• Effective Communicator: Can easily organize and communicate complex workflows and insights with a data-driven approach, flawlessly influencing stakeholders and initiating calls-to-action across multiple teams
• Smart learner: Product knowledge, technical expertise, asks good questions, able to multitask
• 5-7 years experience with 2-3 years in a learning & development/QA role

This role is based in our HQ Los Angeles office location. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation.
