Our team is looking for a Training Administrator/Coordinator to support our Trane Commercial Sales and Service training operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with interest or experience in helping to coordinate positive learning experiences, loves an engaging environment with growth opportunities and wants to work for a company with a winning culture!
This position is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule (3 or more days onsite a week) and will be based out of our St. Paul, MN location
Travel will be within the Midwest region and less than 5%.
- Provide an enhanced customer experience by answering department telephone, responding to voicemail and email inquiries about class schedules, availability, prices, admission policies, travel and logistics, and other customer requests.
- Assist learners via phone and email with course registration questions and admission policies.
- Coordinate the logistics of onsite classes including catering, travel and facility use.
- Responsible for the printing and on-time availability of course training materials
- Learning Management System support (as learned and needed).
- Work closely with the training team to ensure a consistent, high quality learning experience for students.
- Support projects as needed to include marketing, communications, and learning solution strategies.
- Plan catering for upcoming classes and handle on-site food arrival and setup.
- Event planning and coordination for Trane University classes and other training organizations.
- Day of class management to include assisting instructors, tracking attendance, printing certificates and handling no shows/late arrivals.
- Maintain and coordinate the Trane University training schedule and calendar
- Support continuous improvement of Trane University training operations by analyzing and making necessary changes to processes.
- 1-2 years relevant experience (event planning, office administration, training coordination, etc).
- Quality writing and communications skills
- Demonstrated ability, in like setting, to handle pressure, deadlines, and multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, TEAMs) required
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Two or four-year college degree preferred.
- Experience with a corporate Learning Management System (LMS)
Base Compensation Range is $50,000 to $65,000
