Learning And Development Manager

Are you looking to use your expert training skills in an industry that supports and protects explorers and heroes? We could use your expertise on our team! As a Learning and Development Manager, you will develop, coordinate, document, and conduct internal training programs. You will utilize an Enterprise-wide, collaborative approach with business leaders to develop and deliver successful learning experiences. You will create more simplified and impactful training solutions based on the flexible needs at SNC. You will monitor the training or intervention programs and modify them as necessary to ensure all business needs are being met. You will also lead talent and training coordinators, delegating projects and assignments, and monitor progress to make sure the team achieves their goals.
As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications. Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study and typically 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Proven leadership abilities inclusive of successful change management, mentoring, career development, training, succession planning, holding people accountable, and conducting yearly reviews
Working knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Captivate) and ability to teach others how to use these tools
Preferred:
Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Instructional or Graphic Design, or related field of study
Learning or Instructional Design Certificate (e.g. Adult Learning Certificate, ATD Instructional Design Certificate, etc.)
Experience with audio and/or video production

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $104,827.91 - $144,138.38
SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
