Come join us on our mission to transform over 14,000 villages in Punjab. The RoundGlass Foundation is looking for a Fundraising Lead for the North America & Europe regions. The Fundraising Lead’s main responsibility will be to mobilize the financial resources necessary to support our mission of facilitating wholistic wellbeing in underserved communities of Punjab, India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns, a strong understanding of donor stewardship, and a passion for our mission.

This position is a great fit for an experienced, dedicated fundraising professional that is looking for a fun and fast-paced organizational development opportunity with significant social impact. RoundGlass Foundation is a young organization that is growing quickly. In order to support this growth, we need a Fundraising Lead with the ability to execute an ambitious annual fundraising plan. This Lead will have support from our dynamic and hard-working teams from around the world, with two hubs in Seattle, USA, and Punjab, India.

This role would be ideal for you if you are entrepreneurial, result-oriented, and have a proven track record of building and augmenting an international network of diverse donor support for organizations.

Organizational Overview:

RoundGlass Foundation is the non-profit arm of the RoundGlass universe. RoundGlass Foundation (RGF) was formed in 2018 to accelerate development in the under-served communities of Punjab by leveraging the power of partnerships and collective action. RGF's mission is to facilitate Wholistic Wellbeing in Punjab by addressing multiple gaps in underserved communities; we use systems thinking to create intersecting programs in environment, health, and education.

We have embarked on an ambitious journey and are committed to transforming societies and benefitting generations. In five years, we have reached over 1,500 villages of Punjab. We aim to be in 2000 villages in less than six years of inception. A firm belief in our shared humanity drives our work.

We work across four thematic areas: environment, education, youth sports, and women’s livelihoods. All our programs are designed and implemented with the help of local communities and governments. Each impact area is addressed through the following programs:

Environment: waste management, reforestation, and regenerative farming

Education: LearnLabs (afterschool education for 6-8 grade students), health & hygiene workshops (in-school)

Youth sports: sports centers

Women’s livelihoods: self-help groups and microenterprise

Must be able to work in our Bellevue office. Annual salary range $120,000-$140,000

What you’ll do:

• Proactively execute multiple aspects of the plan engaging high-net-worth individuals, corporations, foundations, and other pertinent entities
• Build a diverse portfolio approach to fundraising in order to ensure diverse revenue streams (individual & institutional donors)
• Develop an international network of diverse supporters strengthening the existing network and adding new champions and donors
• Use the understanding of leading-edge philanthropic pipeline and cause-related marketing management to drive related funding endeavors across different thematic areas of the Foundation
• Work closely with the on-the-ground team in India to align funding priorities and external storytelling, especially with donors.
• Create the roadmap and strategy for the Foundation’s fundraising with clear short-, medium-, and long-term objectives based on a shared vision of desired outcomes

Who we’re looking for:

• Highly organized with strong project management skills, interpersonal skills, and an executive presence with the ability to quickly establish personal credibility and demonstrate expertise
• A driven and empathetic leader who can organize internal and external stakeholders toward common goals and success metrics
• Master’s degree in business, Social Sciences, or other related fields with a minimum of 10 years of experience having worked in a direct fundraising and partnership role with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Experience with social or development sector organizations would be preferred.
• Highly developed cultural awareness and ability to work well in an international environment with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and time-zones
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and comfort with the ambiguity of the fundraising universe
• Adaptable with a penchant for innovation and a keen eye for emergent trends, regulatory environment, and fast-evolving policy contexts with a willingness to learn on the job
• Ability to stretch limits to meet deadlines and time-bound goals for self and team members
