Experience with a constituent relationship management database such as Salesforce

Provides occasional data entry support

Experience with SQL or other relational database structures

Strong organizational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

Develop an international network of diverse supporters strengthening the existing network and adding new champions and donors

Build a diverse portfolio approach to fundraising in order to ensure diverse revenue streams (individual & institutional donors)

Proactively execute multiple aspects of the plan engaging high-net-worth individuals, corporations, foundations, and other pertinent entities

Work closely with the on-the-ground team in India to align funding priorities and external storytelling, especially with donors.

A driven and empathetic leader who can organize internal and external stakeholders toward common goals and success metrics

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and comfort with the ambiguity of the fundraising universe

Responsible for a specified corporate giving goal, separate from special events, through the management of a donor portfolio.

Bachelor's Degree in sales, marketing, business management or a related field

Demonstrated experience in a position that required exceptional written, speaking, and listening skills.

Manage the solicitation process, including recommending proposal ask amounts and monitoring committee/volunteer assignments.

Manage a team of development staff and provide performance evaluations for individuals under supervision.

Minimum 4-6 years experience in major donor and gift solicitation, or an equivalent combination of related experience.
