Who We’re Looking For
Therabody is looking for a full-time remote Project Manager to assist directly to the Director of New Product Management. You will be responsible for the Product Go-to-Market tracking from ideation to product end-of-life cycle with data gathering from all facets of the company to keep products moving through our NPI Gate process
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with the design team and the manufacturers for the delivery of artwork assets on a timely and clear manner, giving visibility to long lead time projects, and informing the team of immediate/overnight updates that must occur
• Maintain and update the product as well as project calendar, and know key dates to be able to quickly iterate these out daily
• Work with decision makers to gather product sample feedback, while simultaneously gathering key information from the China team, and any other related information to make sure that all parties involved have the most up to date knowledge about the projects
• Keep track of changes to artwork (Packaging Change Notifications) and manage the DropBox folder related to all assets that have been delivered, as well as create and submit Quality Management Systems documentation for label changes
• Preemptively bring issues up that could jeopardize the production calendar
• Manage anywhere from 8-20 ongoing projects at a time, all on different timelines, with multiple prerequisites, unique to each project
• Manage sku and art file tracker document and the dispersing of the information to appropriate stakeholders & factories
• Facilitate Product Development for overall execution of the packaging experience from concept to product launch in conjunction with many inner teams including Marketing, Sales, Design, App/E-comm, and Leadership, as well as external communication direct with manufacturers and design agencies.

The Right Person Would Have

• Experience with Asana or similar task program
• Must be able to be firm on pushing for key components to keep projects on time
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
• Strong use of DropBox, Google Suite, and Slack (company-wide usage)
• Excellent project management skills, outstanding organizational skills, keen attention to detail, proactive and self-starter
• Strong ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Able to adjust to quickly changing criteria and needs, with minimal effort
• 2+ years of experience with Project Management, especially in high-volume projects
• Experience with reviewing files within or the ability to use Adobe Illustrator

The annual base salary range for this position is from $60,000 - $85,000. This base pay range is for the U.S. and not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, candidate’s related work experience, business sector and geographic location. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus, although incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
