Innovation Lead Jobs

HCL TECH is seeking an Innovation Lead with solid experience in Life Sciences regulatory affairs, systems and data, to implement strategies and frameworks for our Biopharmaceutical clients in NJ.

Overview:

• Support project teams in developing and implementing enterprise-level business process improvement and technology solutions within life science functions (e.g., Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, Clinical Development, etc.)
• Experience supporting project teams in the implementation of IT strategy methodologies and frameworks.
• Reiterate business and technology capabilities, create and implement future-state capabilities.
• Create and deliver strategies, implementation frameworks and roadmaps for Biopharmaceutical clients.
• Experience working with clients to develop strategic plans and roadmaps, tactical initiatives, key performance indicators, regulatory data and reporting dashboards.
• Gather, analyze and articulate high-level business capabilities/requirements.
• Support project teams working with business executives to define, understand and document business strategy and desired business capabilities.

What You Will Need:

Minimum 7-8 years of developing business and IT strategy as well as modernizing technologies and applications for biopharmaceutical clients.

Experience within a professional services firm or large enterprise that supports the following:

• Understand and document existing business processes, systems, and technologies.
• Support building an IT Operating Model, including IT and Architecture Governance, IT functions.
• Develop vendor or product selection criteria and templates for evaluating platforms, tools, and services.
• Develop a system implementation framework for implementing business and IT systems
• Formulate business and technical solutions leveraging Data Lakes, Cognitive Services (e.g., ML, AI, NLP, NLG) and Robotic Process Automation.
• Considering the current state of activities, develop a plan and roadmap for implementing business and IT systems.

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree, Master’s a plus
