What Will I Be Doing?

The Lead Mortgage Servicing professional supervises the day-to-day operations in the Mortgage Servicing department, crafts/updates written procedures, facilitates training, and assists in the compilation of data and reports regarding the performance of the mortgage receivables serviced by Hilton Grand Vacations! Are you ready to work with a diverse group of professionals with a focus on efficiency and process improvement? This position is also responsible for working closely with Operations in order to automate processing activities, utilizing all available technology.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies for operational activities, including posting payments, collections, and cancellations due to foreclosures and bankruptcies
• Prepare / update written procedures and work instructions
• Create data queries using COGNOS 10 to support business needs
• Review and approve work performed by Loan Servicing Representatives
• Identify operational control points and weaknesses, and associated exposures
• Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements, including IRS reporting (Forms 1098, 1099)
• Develop an acute understanding of the utilization of available technology and document process flows

Required Qualifications:

• Experience automating and standardizing operational processes
• Experience in cash reconciliations and knowledge of the accounting process
• Proficient in Microsoft office including Excel
• High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

• Accounting or loan services experience
• Associates Degree
