Junior Mortgage Loan Processor (Not Remote)

The Junior Mortgage Loan Processor is responsible for the processing and compliance of mortgage loan products, including but not limited to verifying, compiling, and assembling a completely documented file to Underwriting and Closing.

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Processor to join our team. The Mortgage Processor will be responsible for processing loan applications and ensuring that all loan documents are accurate and complete.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Responsible for processing loan applications and ensuring all loan documents are accurate and complete.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, loan processing and underwriting guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of experience in mortgage processing or related field.
• Proficient using ENCOMPASS mortgage software.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, loan processing and underwriting guidelines.
