Currently, we have an opening for a Mortgage Processing position. We're looking for someone with Mortgage Processing experience that can plug-in to our fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy and completeness of all documents received.
• Order and follow up on third party verifications.
• Prepare file for closing by obtaining information to clear Prior To Closing conditions.
• Calculate income and assets, update 1003 correctly.
• The loan file contains proper documents, disclosures, signatures, and dates.
• Responsible for the privacy and security of all non-public borrowers and company information.
• Maintain personal pipeline and reporting, prepared to discuss loans at a moment’s notice.
• Consistently and accurately clear loans to close within 10 business days.
• Prepare and obtain required documentation from borrowers to clear conditions.
• Accurately update files in Encompass and assemble files to submit for Underwriting review.
• Complete pre-funding quality control audits.
• Input, verify and update file contacts with all parties to the transaction.
• Liaison between borrower, loan officer, underwriter, closer, and third-party companies
• Complete change of circumstances and update loan file as required.
• Complete checklist 100% for every loan in personal pipeline.
• Due diligence standards for compliance and completing loans per guidelines and investors.

Requirements:

• 1-3 Years mortgage experience is required
• This position is paid a base salary PLUS per file compensation. You must be comfortable with a portion of your compensation being earned this way. You can earn more or less based on the work provided and the quality of that work.
• Familiarity with Encompass is a plus
