Remote Data Processor Jobs

With direct supervision, the Processor is responsible for processing and maintaining internal computer systems enrollment and membership records related to the qualifications for coverage. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding eligibility/enrollment and maintain membership records.

Core Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle requests from client and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
• Produces rate quotations
• Processes enrollment and eligibility changes from members and/or internal reports
• Achieves all quality goals
• Ability to navigate multiple systems (NERD, TAS, SLP, CSR Desktop)
• Responsible for completing an average of 40-55 work packages per day using the workflow management tool GetNext.
• Regular attendance in order to meet business objectives
• Calculates premium adjustments
• Reviews member applications for accuracy

Qualifications:

• Must work well under pressure
• High School/GED required
• 10-key operation by touch
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• 1 - 3 years' experience in related field
• Ability to complete extensive training program with satisfactory results
• Strong computer knowledge
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
