Kitchen & Bath Customer Service Representative

This Role

• Assists customers with a “people-first” attitude
• Place product orders in addition to coordinating the return of product(s)
• Become knowledgeable in the Williams kitchen & bath product lines
• Communicate via phone or email product order status and delivery status
• Duties, responsibilities and activities may change based on business need
• Address and resolve order errors-escalate as needed

We’d Like

• Ability to communicate clearly
• 1+ years of service experience
• Good organization skills and prioritization of tasks

• Typical work days are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
