PRIMARY GOAL: Work alongside our prospective clients in order to understand their project needs, guide them through the design process, and turn their dreams into reality.

Our project designers meet with guests both in store and in their homes to help design their kitchen, bath or other project space. From initial in-home measures, to material selections, we strive to meet the client where they are to give them exactly what they want within their unique project needs. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work as a team. Our designers work independently but alongside our sales support staff, installation team, buyers and sales reps to provide our clients with the products, support, and experience they are looking for. We expect our designers to be the product experts, so knowledge and experience within the kitchen & bath arena is a must.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Degree in graphic design or similar discipline
Experience using 20/20 Design software
Proven project sales experience
Familiarity with Kitchen & Bath trends
Ability to sell flooring, kitchen, bath, and countertops
Ability to work independently but also within a team environment
Ability to multitask and balance several projects simultaneously
Ability to excel under pressure & handle stressful situations
Ability to travel to client homes for measures
Ability to work a minimum of 1 closing shift of 7pm and Saturdays on sales floor

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Weekends as needed
