We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team!You will be responsible forhelpingcustomers by providing product and service information and resolvingtechnical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolveproduct issues and concerns
• Document and updatecustomer records based oninteractions
• Provideinformation about the products and services
• Develop and maintain a knowledgebase of the evolving products and services
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
