The Work We Do
The majority of our work involves residential repair and remodeling bath and shower area projects. Craftsmen who are skilled in Carpentry, Drywall, Plumbing, and Masonry tend to have the easiest time tackling these remodeling projects. But anyone with a skilled trade background can succeed in this position.

Where We Work and When
Most of our work falls between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday in the Cincinnati Metro Area. We don’t schedule work on holidays and rarely on weekends. While we work hard, we achieve a great work-life balance.

Our Bath Apprentice will be responsible for
Good Customer Service
Effective Communication, A Great Attitude is required
Assist Lead Bathroom Remodelers/Carpenters on Bathroom Remodel Projects for Residential Customers
Job Tasks include Demolition, Framing, Plumbing, Electrical, Finish Carpentry, and Shower Door Installation
Help with Plumbing as Needed
Knowledge/use of various hand and power tools a plus but not required
Being able to stand, kneel, pull (100lbs), lift (80lbs) repeatedly
A willingness to learn, Experience is a plus, but not required.
Goal is to learn plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills to eventually lead bathroom remodel jobs
Interacting with customers in a professional manner to create Raving Fans

Be willing to work all year around in all weather conditions.
Must have valid drivers license and be insurable
Must wear our uniforms (they are provided) and maintain our grooming standards.
Must be able to use technology and systems for all business operations and customer communication.
Must be timely and punctual.
