Junior Event Assistant | No Experience Necessary |$600 - $1200 per week

Location: Orlando, FL

Start Date: Immediate Start Preferred

We have recently onboarded a new client based in Orlando, FL and they are looking to recruit 2 Junior Event Assistants, with an immediate start preferred.

This is a junior position, so training will be provided, however, previous experience in a event marketing and promotions role or customer engagement is encouraged. For example, events, marketing, client relations, customer satisfaction, and sales.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• You’ll be the face of clients, engaging with potential customers to promote brands' products and services
• Learning and retaining a wealth of knowledge about the brand's products and services as well as competitor offers
• Conducting presentations and demonstrations (client-dependent)
• Tracking interactions and collating daily reports to feedback to clients
• Building relationships with customers, getting to know their needs
• Completing new customer registrations
• Handling customer queries in a timely and professional manner
