Responsibilities

• Validate: Ensure each iteration delivers the expected result by working closely with the development team to define, design, accept and adapt features
• Create user stories and collaborate on product requirements
• Working with Stakeholders, analytics, and client feedback to develop a product vision that resolves our client's problems or meets business objectives.
• Create and maintain a set of standards and templates for Jira & Confluence with the goal of providing guidance and standards to the engineering teams. The goal is to allow teams to be able to analyze bottlenecks in workflow and improve productivity.
• You will curate user stories in a collaborative fashion with business system analysts, design, editorial, project managers, technical consultants and various members of the product team.

Skills

Must have

• 5+ years of experience in IT
• Strong knowledge Agile philosophy, Scrum framework, Sprint ceremonies etc
• Ability to provide technical leadership and oversight to the development team: participate in design discussions, drive technical decisions within and across the organization
• DevOps process and culture
• Good communication and presentation skills to be able to interact with business stakeholders
• Professional user Jira/Confluence, hands on with Jira Atlassian stack, automation for Jira.
• Requirements Gathering and collecting feedback from customers
• Able to build API

Nice to have

• Technical DevSecOps, and GitOps experience
• Solid troubleshooting skills
• Scripting and automation skills (Python, bash)
• Support background
• Banking / Finances domain
• Strong Linux skills
