Jira Systems Administrator - Ts-Sci Required!

We are seeking a JIRA Systems Administrator with at TS-SCI Clearance to support JWAC in Dahlgren, VA!

As a JIRA Systems Administrator, you will:

A week in the life of a JIRA System Administrator:

• Deploy software which includes scheduling, executing, and troubleshooting.
• Develop/Maintain Web Pages in IIS
• Gather requirements, design, and developing workflows in either Microsoft Power Automate or JIRA.
• Have detailed understanding of Windows and be able to apply administrative knowledge to the requirements within the JWAC IT environment.
• Develop plugins to extend JIRA and SP capabilities.
• Tool administration and customization of SharePoint (SP) and/or Atlassian JIRA and Confluence (JIRA).
• Deploy security patches which includes scheduling, executing, and troubleshooting the deployment of security patches.
• Operate, administer, and upgrade computer systems, devices, and software to include configuration, provisioning for use, integration with storage and networking, load balancing and optimization, patching, software installation, updating, backup, restoration, and electronic and manual data transfer.
• Develop and maintain workflows and/or automation in JIRA and SP

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The Salary range for this position is $70K - 80.5K. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. • Working knowledge of JavaScript, Python or other scripting languages.
• Security+ certificate to meet IAT II (Information Assurance Technical Level II) in accordance with DOD 8570.1 (Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program) certification requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred), AA/HS with 2-4 additional years of experience
• Active Top Secret Clearance (SCI eligibility) required
• Minimum 3-5 years experience
