It System Support Intern

Description

The Defense Group at Leidos is actively seeking a Summer Intern to provide IT system support services in support of our DoD customer.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Attend team meetings and capture minutes and actions items for input into the team management system
• Shadow PM activities with a focus on planning
• Work with PM and CM to plan and document an enhanced data partner management plan. This plan will include onboarding, sustaining, enhancing and decommissioning data partners which connect to the system and what the policies and processes are to support those tasks.
• Work with Task Leads to gain a high level understanding of the different functional areas needed to support the sustainment of the IT system.
• Build an approved, documented and repeatable process for collecting, analyzing and reporting data partner performance metrics
• Work with the PM and Program Task Leads to collect and report on data partner performance metrics
• Maintain a high level WBS and Data partner tracking report

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be actively enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an IT related field (example, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering etc

Preferred Qualifications:

• Junior/Senior year of studies preferred

Pay Range:

Pay Range $37,050.00 - $57,000.00 - $76,950.00
