Job Description
Compensation: $55,000-$60,000


Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma


[TITLE]: Service Desk Analyst


Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Service Desk Engineer to join their team!


Support the organization by fielding inbound calls, providing resolutions deskside, and responding to email/ticket issues. This role will supporting issues typically escalated from tier I.


Responsibilities:


  • Support issues related to hardware, software, and network
  • Provide Tier 1, 2, and 3 support.
  • Occasional travel both local and to other states.


Required Qualifications & Experience:


  • 3+ years of experience in customer support.
  • Working knowledge of the following technologies: Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, SCCM for desktop deployment and management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience:


  • Experience in a Desktop/System Administration role
  • Microsoft, CompTIA, or other certifications
  • Experience providing sole support for a large organization
