About The Role
We are looking for an experienced candidate to be the initial hire for a new technical support role at PatchRx. You will be the first layer of support for a growing healthcare organization. Our technology is a mix of web applications and embedded devices, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable fielding issues up and down the tech stack. This role primarily involves internal support, so it's important that we find someone who is comfortable engaging with our talented healthcare professionals in a professional and empathetic fashion.
Requirements
Must haves:
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • +1 years experience supporting remote workforce and remote troubleshooting
  • Good understanding of networking concepts, including bluetooth
  • Basic knowledge of security best practices
  • Experience setting up/troubleshooting VOIP or telephony apps, e.g. DialPad or RingCentral
  • Familiarity with bug-tracking / ticketing systems
  • Clear verbal and written communication
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows, MacOS
Nice to haves:
  • Experience supporting embedded devices
  • Scripting, SQL, or other coding skills
  • Knowledge of AWS
  • Additional IT certifications
  • Mobile device (iOS) support
  • Prior healthcare experience
