The Lead IT Relationship Partner and Business Systems Analyst in this role will partners with TDS leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities, identify and prioritize projects based on predefined criteria (e.g. return on investment, productivity, compliance) and proactively serves as a “trusted advisor” and the primary IT point of contact to an aligned TDS General Manager.
The person in this role will also operate as the key contact representing IT and promoting IT services and capabilities while providing support in delivering technology products that meet the needs of the TDS organization and focuses on strategic initiatives and planning activities. The person in this role will facilitate the investment intake process and the high level planning and execution of business initiatives through the use of technology. The person in this role works with functional and IT stakeholders to identify and define needs/issues, document requirements, solve problems with fact-based analysis, and provide recommendations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Implementing new advancements in the field of system and enterprise architecture.
- Engage with Technology & Data Solutions (TDS) leadership to evaluate joint initiatives and proposals to see how they align with established roadmaps and business priorities.
- Assist in Change Management activities
- Facilitate the investment intake process and the high level planning and execution of road map initiatives through the use of technology.
- Engage with project and program leads within TDS to facilitate needs relating to core IT functions like Reporting, Data Management, Cyber-Security, File Management, Disaster Recovery and Infrastructure needs.
- Perform research and interviews to determine IT business requirements and then translate such into specifications/User Stories for technical projects
- Analyzing and improving the performance of assigned portfolio of applications.
- Ensure joint initiatives are set up for success and align with the corporate IT strategy.
- Identify business value when developing ideas with a focus on digital awareness, risk assessment, business continuity and business capability requirements.
- Identify, screen and evaluate new solution opportunities to address unmet (internal and external) customer needs.
- Determining system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users.
- Promoting system efficiency and security by integrating performance metrics and maintaining security standards.
- Maintain creativity and innovation by staying on top of industry and technological trends.

Education/Experience Requirements
- Project Management experience preferred
- Bachelor Degree and 6+ years relevant experience OR Bachelor and Master’s Degree with 5+ years relevant experience
- Agile experience preferred
