Supplier Relations / Partner Management (Remote)

• Provide monthly projections on performance and income for each supplier
• Plan and conduct executive review meetings
• Negotiate agreements with preferred suppliers
• Performs or directs personnel recruiting, hiring, training, and separation. Exercises hiring and firing authority in coordination with HR
• Develop vendor maximization strategy to increase performance/earnings under new and existing preferred supplier programs
• Handle supplier questions, resolve issues/problems
• Analyze supplier performance to contracts to ensure optimal revenues and earnings rates
• Establish, Monitor, and Report Results of Financial Targets
• Build and maintain supplier relationships

• Strong understanding of business travel management
• Experience managing cross-functional work teams
• Experience implementing & managing large market/ global suppliers
• Ability to travel domestically & internationally
• Proven travel industry experience in supplier relations or management role
• Fluent in business English
• College / University degree preferred
